Golf Course Road is an 8.3 km, 16-lane signal-free road that runs from near Cyber City and NH-48
south to Sectors 55–56, where it meets Golf Course Extension Road. It is Gurugram's most
established luxury address, home to landmark residences such as DLF The Aralias and DLF The
Camellias.
The road took its name from the DLF Golf & Country Club, and grew with DLF's Phase 5 and the
luxury towers around it. A major upgrade, completed around 2017–18, added underpasses,
flyovers and the Rapid Metro along the centre of the road, making it one of the few signal-free
arterial roads in the city.
Today, the corridor brings together Grade-A offices like One Horizon Center, fine dining, top
hospitals and international schools. For buyers, that means a finished neighbourhood where
everything is already in place, rather than a promise of what's coming.
Properties in Golf Course Road are mostly ultra-luxury apartments and branded residences by
developers like DLF, Godrej Properties, M3M and Parsvnath Developers, with a limited number of
independent floors in DLF Phase 5.
